Navigating Change Together

At the Creative Intelligence Institute, we study the skills and insights needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. Our goal is to understand each child where they are at and cultivate them in a manner that uses their unique nature and sensitivity.

We use emotions that open: curiosity, wonder, interest, safety, accomplishment. We host an environment that encourages expansion rather than forcing contraction. School does not educate children in way most naturally learn. The more creative your child is the less our standard education system meets their intellectual needs and cultivates their whole intelligence.

When students feel safe enough to be curious, interested enough to explore, accomplished enough to keep trying then they are able to hold complexity. They can see across domains and make connections. They can integrate what they're learning into whole understanding, which allows their awareness to expands. Their intelligence functions as it's designed to.

When you're a creative, hands-on learner there is very few choices left that do not terrify. The future of the cognitive-only college degree is verifying outputs of AI, following its protocols, doing what the machine can't quite handle, yet. Not only is that boring, it is also a dead end.

Traditional startup channels exploit gifted young people. They extract their ideas, relentlessly push them to labor and they do so while paying them grossly under what their real value is.

We have very few years left in our system that will pay for siloed learning. And we have AI that has reduced the cognitive load considerably for those who somatically and creatively intelligent. What we need now is real world applicable skills that are holistic.

Collapse requires ingenuity, the ability to see what's needed and create it. But there is nothing out there for young novel creators to learn and grow. Until now.

We're creating a safe space to test entrepreneurship on your terms. Pick something you want to build. We'll help you learn, grow, and create something real in that field.

This is a weekend/weeknight incubator that gives you what the expensive programs offer: real support, real skills, and the advice of real business professionals who have been down this path before.

Your intelligence is uncultivated and before adulthood begins to narrow down the paths you can choose we want to help you build as many paths forward as possible.

How It Works

On a weekly or bi weekly basis a mentor meets with each small group to guide their learning and develop their entrepreneurial skills. Each meeting provides next steps and feedback on progress. Different skills will require different mentors so some classes will have different experts join. But they will have one main contact for the group they can reach out for help on a consistent basis. Each group is treated as a real start up company. Peer groups meetings are also required for work outside mentor meetings. The expectation is that they will build their part to completion. Those that are successful at the entire process forge incredible friendships and often start the process over in another class or with their own company.

Workshop Format

Small groups: 3-5 participants per start up
Intensive sessions: 2 hour meetings on weekly or biweekly basis with a mentor plus additional group meetings with peers
Product based: Each group is created around the desired outcome or project.

Enrollment

Cost: $300 - $600/month depending on skill type and meeting amount.
