Hands on Learning - Future Faced

Creative Incubator
For Teens and Young Adults
The Incubator as an Alternative Path
Our systems are adapting to adequately prepare anyone for the future they face. Youth need to open up their minds and understand how to connect and creative, not just dissect. Dissection is what they are taught in school and dissection is what AI does better than everyone. The creative incubator is a supplementary or alternative path that the creatives have always taken, if they had the people in their lives to create it.
The incubator is for students who are ready to move beyond our classes and workshops and begin creating their unique path. In classes they learn skills and create alongside others to get a taste of what's possible. In the incubator, they take those skills and create the career path their life was meant to take. The idea we need a degree is conditioning more than it is an actual truth. If one can create, they can make life they need and want.
Degree or no degree with this program will still give students the leg up they need to compete in a competitive world. Students will build portfolios that shows how their unique practical skills apply to real life. AI can do the busy work. What is needed now is proof of real work.
While working with peers with similar creative energy and ingenuity each becomes a partners in the future they are building that become a company in the adult incubator.
Built to cultivate the Talent the System Does Not Serve.
This program is for the kids who are obviously intelligent yet do not fit into the system. They are the sensitive ones who get labeled. Those whose emotions run high and they are starving for a place where they can really learn. A place where breadth and depth is not just allowed, it is encouraged. Our goal is to raise the bar for the higher dimensional thinkers. The ones every said had potential but it was never realized. Because the system was designed to bring everyone down to average. Not allow them to didn't serve us. It served everyone else but us.
There's nothing wrong with their learning. The system divided human intelligence into fragments and called whole picture intelligence a disorder. Here, we reintegrate it. And we help them find their highest potential but simply providing the light bumpers they need to find the run way so they can take off. Here we encourage their self-directed focus. We teach them how to use their emotions to find super focus and special interest flow states. This state produces the most cognitive stamina and intense growth. Ensuring students learn how they work while collaborating with other creatives to learn how the world works and how they can create their own path to navigate it.
How It Works
Mentors meet with each group weekly or biweekly to guide creative learning and develop entrepreneurial skills. Each meeting provides feedback and next steps. Different skills require different mentors, but every group has one primary contact to build a relationship with.
Each group operates as a real startup. Peer meetings outside mentor sessions are required.
The expectation is that each learner builds their part to completion. Failure and success are both part of the process. The goal is to practice the creative-driven entrepreneur process across different areas until the group succeeds at the entire cycle. Most students form lasting friendships and continue together into their next project or their own company.

This is where you learn to build. We offer different tracks based on demand. Most begin with creating games, apps, products, designs, or prototypes. The focus is on developing your creative capacity through real projects with real outcomes. You work with mentors who have done these start ups themselves. You create with peers who understand how you operate. The outcome is learning how hard work can serve you and be fun when you are connecting with ideas and others.

Every step closer to completion builds both the student's portfolio and resume. The future we face will require a very different way of seeing.
